Set camera rules for after hours deliveries Prepared 22 October 2026 by NightMarshal Write delivery exceptions by area, time window and verification route. Keep the monitored boundary active elsewhere, and expire temporary permissions so a legitimate delivery does not become a blanket rule to ignore night activity. Instructions 1. Define the route, window and authorized verification channel. 2. Brief the monitoring team with an expiry. 3. Confirm normal rules resume after the exception. Open the blank CSV in a spreadsheet app; add one row per item. Use Pending for unknowns and N/A only where a field truly does not apply. Review the separate example CSV; all example values are fictional. Keep completed sheets private. Do not include passwords, access codes, personal contacts, footage links or camera stream URLs. No input is collected by these downloads. Fields Exception reference Area Window and zone Verification role Expiry Normal-rule check Fictional example Fictional delivery: a booking permits dock access until 22:00. Activity at the storage cage remains reviewable, and a later arrival requires the duty manager’s decision. Limits Camera appearance cannot reliably establish authorization by itself. The operating rule needs a human decision path.
