Review your keyholder and duty roster Prepared 22 October 2026 by NightMarshal A useful roster identifies who is on duty, who can attend and who can authorize decisions. Keep real names and contact details in restricted systems; use role aliases for the downloadable planning worksheet. Instructions 1. Map duties to primary and backup role aliases. 2. Maintain real details in the approved restricted directory. 3. Confirm changes and run a safe contact test. Open the blank CSV in a spreadsheet app; add one row per item. Use Pending for unknowns and N/A only where a field truly does not apply. Review the separate example CSV; all example values are fictional. Keep completed sheets private. Do not include passwords, access codes, personal contacts, footage links or camera stream URLs. No input is collected by these downloads. Fields Role alias Decision authority Attendance capability Coverage window Backup Review owner Fictional example Fictional roster: the night duty manager can authorize action but cannot attend. A separately agreed responder holds access, and both responsibilities are visible in the site plan. Limits Attendance, safety and legal obligations require local arrangements. The public worksheet should never contain keys, codes or personal contact details.
