Roll out monitoring across multiple sites Prepared 22 October 2026 by NightMarshal Roll out monitoring in waves grouped by actual site conditions, not just region or camera count. Each location needs its own accepted view list, operating schedule, contacts, permissions and response options. Instructions 1. Build a readiness list for every site. 2. Pilot representative technical and operating conditions. 3. Approve each wave only after site-specific acceptance. Open the blank CSV in a spreadsheet app; add one row per item. Use Pending for unknowns and N/A only where a field truly does not apply. Review the separate example CSV; all example values are fictional. Keep completed sheets private. Do not include passwords, access codes, personal contacts, footage links or camera stream URLs. No input is collected by these downloads. Fields Site alias Readiness group Blocking issue Acceptance reference Activation decision Fictional example Fictional rollout: ten depots share two recorder families. The team tests one of each first, then holds a poor-connectivity site outside the next activation wave. Limits Cross-border processing, supported languages and local response require separate confirmation. No worldwide service guarantee is implied.
