Test a usable video evidence export Prepared 22 October 2026 by NightMarshal Test whether an authorized user can find and export the relevant footage, open it on an approved receiving device and retain the original time and source context. A clip visible inside the recorder is not yet a verified export. Instructions 1. Approve the request and relevant interval. 2. Export and test playback through authorized tools. 3. Log storage, recipient and any derivative copy. Open the blank CSV in a spreadsheet app; add one row per item. Use Pending for unknowns and N/A only where a field truly does not apply. Review the separate example CSV; all example values are fictional. Keep completed sheets private. Do not include passwords, access codes, personal contacts, footage links or camera stream URLs. No input is collected by these downloads. Fields Request reference Views Interval and zone Format Playback tested Authorized destination Fictional example Fictional test: a recorder exports a proprietary file that needs a vendor player. The team verifies that the approved recipient can use it before accepting the retrieval process. Limits Admissibility and disclosure rules vary. This is an operational export test, not legal or forensic certification.
