Privacy

This notice covers information you send through the NightMarshal website. NightMarshal, a Verticalized company, is responsible for that information. Footage, camera access and incident records for monitoring customers are governed by each customer’s written agreement.

What we collect

When you request a site review we collect your name, work email, company, optional role, site location, site type, number of sites, main concern and any details you choose to add. We also record the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you followed.

Why we use it

We use it to assess whether we can serve your site, to reply to you and to prepare a scope and quote if you ask for one. We do not sell it.

What we never ask for here

Do not send camera passwords, recorder credentials or private footage through this website. Access is arranged privately during a site review, only with your permission.

How requests are handled

Requests are stored in our private Google Sheet and receipt log. We use Slack for internal lead alerts and Resend to email our team and acknowledge your request. Only the people managing your inquiry should have access.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, PostHog receives anonymous page and form events, a random visit identifier and restricted campaign codes. Names, email addresses, form text and camera information are excluded. We do not record sessions. Your choice and visit identifier stay in memory for this visit only. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable collection. You can still submit a request without analytics.

Retention and your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you sent at any time. Reply to any email from us, or send a request through the site review form and say what you would like changed or removed.
