Can you use our existing cameras?
Where they are compatible. During the site review we check your cameras, recorder, connection and video quality before we confirm support. If a view or device is not suitable, we tell you before quoting.
Does a person watch every camera?
AI checks activity on connected cameras against your site rules. Trained people review incidents that need judgment and follow your response plan. Dedicated continuous human viewing requires a separate agreement.
What happens after an alert?
AI prepares the case and a trained person verifies security incidents before escalation. We follow the agreed warning and contact sequence, record acknowledgement and coordinate the follow-up duties in your plan. A repair or inspection stays open with its owner until completion is recorded.
How much does remote video monitoring cost?
NightMarshal is priced per site with a defined coverage band. The quote reflects covered views and hours, site activity, review effort, response and follow-up duties. Setup, equipment, installation, storage, connectivity and local response are listed separately where they apply. Your quote defines included activity, duplicate handling and any additional charges.
