Why is there no price list?
Sites differ a lot in camera count, activity and response needs. A flat price would overcharge quiet sites or underserve busy ones. We quote after checking your cameras so the price buys a real, defined scope.
Is pricing per camera or per site?
Per site, with a coverage band that reflects the number of monitored views and expected activity. Multi site quotes list each location and its scope.
Do you charge for false alarms?
Included activity, duplicate handling and additional charges are defined in your written scope. If a response partner is dispatched, or a local authority charges a false dispatch fee, those costs are set out in your quote before you sign.
How do we get started?
Request a site assessment. We test your cameras and connection, agree views, escalation contacts and response options, then send a written scope and price. Monitoring starts once you approve it.
Is there a long contract?
Term, notice and renewal are stated in your written quote before you commit, so you can compare options with full information.
